Payment due on arrival (cash or cheque only). Limited to 1 per household. May purchase multiple as gifts. Deal covers one domestic gas appliance (additional appliances can be added – see below). Booking required. If no one is present at the property, engineers are permitted to wait for up to 10 minutes maximum (at their discretion) (engineers will attempt to notify you) until you are invoiced for the cost of fuel based on the distance from our offices and back calculated using https://maps.google.co.uk/ (high consumption, petrol, 1.35 £/L) and time at £7.50. No fee charged if the appointment is re-arranged within 1 hour from the time specified on the missed appointment card, text or call. 48 hour cancellation policy. Valid Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. Valid in Nuneaton, Atherstone, Bedworth, Hinckley and Coventry area. Valid for domestic natural gas appliances only (excluding water heaters). Not valid for boats. Appliance must be switched off at least 2 hours prior to service. Gas meter must be accessible. CP12 certificate only issued if appliance meets standards upon completion of service. Faulty appliances will not be repaired under this deal. Dangerous appliances will be made safe, incurring an extra charge of £15. Please notify us when making the booking or 48 hours prior to your appointment of any faults or suspicions as you will not be refunded for this deal. Burner condition/clean and injector flow/clean may incur a surcharge. Gas hob service available for £10 supplement; gas cooker (including ranges) for £15 supplement; gas fire for £20 supplement; gas boiler for £20 supplement.
