We are aware that there may be issues when trying to contact us via email and telephone but we are currently in the process of implementing our new automated energy efficient office systems so that we can offer customers the opportunity to access invoices, quotes, certificates and other relevant information and documentation without having to wait.
As well as reducing our carbon footprint and streamlining our processes, we are also working to establish a better telephony and messaging system which should be operational towards the end of the month.
Our entire customer experience should be greatly improved by November/December 2012 and we thank you for your patience and support.

Gas Safety Awareness Week 2012
We are proud to be supporting Gas Safety Week taking place 10th -16th September 2012!
Gas Safety Week is co-ordinated by Gas Safe Register, the official list of gas engineers who are legally allowed to work on your gas boiler, gas cooker and gas fire.
We aim to raise awareness of gas safety and the importance of taking care of your gas appliances. It is a national campaign with events, advertising and PR taking place across the country to help keep the nation Gas Safe.
Badly fitted and poorly serviced gas appliances can cause gas leaks, fires, explosions and carbon monoxide poisoning. Every year thousands of people across the UK are diagnosed with carbon monoxide poisoning. It is a highly poisonous gas. You can’t see it, taste it or smell it, but it can kill quickly with no warning.

Don’t get caught out by carbon monoxide
Carbon monoxide (CO), is a colourless, orderless and tasteless gas. It is produced when a gas appliance has been incorrectly fitted and poorly maintained. It can also occur if flues, chimneys or vents are blocked.
Carbon monoxide poisoning symptoms may only occur when you’re home, they’re similar to flu, food poisoning, viral infections and tiredness.

Giving pilot lights their wings, Quantic provides its Gas Safe-registered array of services through a team of heating engineers who swoop across Coventry and Warwickshire. The technician will open his or her toolkit to inspect an extensive list of boiler components, striving to assess functionality and maintain perky operation.
A buff clean of the casing and burner chamber condition will follow, along with a thorough emissions analysis before those with happy boilers are granted either a homeowners’ service cert or a landlord’s CP12 certificate. Additional services are available for gas hobs, gas cookers, gas fires and ranges for supplements of £10, £15, or £20 respectively.

From the 1st February 2012 all second hand appliances must be accompanied by their installation instructions and pass all tests. Failure of any tests will result in the appliance being decommissioned and all charges incurred are NONE REFUNDABLE.

From April 2005 it became law that all new and replacement gas fired boiler installations are to be condensing and of high efficiency. The benefit to our customers is that they can reduce their heating bill by up to 40% as a result.
What is a condensing boiler?
Condensing boilers convert exhaust gas into heat and can be up to 91% efficient compared to the 70-80% efficiency of non-condensing boilers.
As an example, if a boiler is 76% efficient, that’s -24p every £1 on your bill, compared to a condensing boiler that is 91% efficient at -9p.
