What happens next?
Our heating engineers will visit you to complete a survey that meets your requirements and it shouldn’t take any longer than an hour. You’ll be advised about your best options, current offers and the estimated time scale.
Your free quote will then be sent either by post or email after 48 hours. If you’ve had a quote cheaper let us know! We aim to beat every quote with our competitive prices scheme.
Boiler installation
Most replacements can be installed in a day! Our recommended range of boilers come with a 2 year minimum warranty.
You will be shown how to use your new boiler and system, from external control systems to the settings on the boiler itself. The installation will be registered with Gas Safe Register – essential if you ever want to sell your home and renew your insurance.
All our engineers are Gas Safe registered, checked against the Criminal Records Bureau and are covered by our comprehensive public liability insurance through Quantic Corporation Limited provided by Direct Line.
