Repair information
A Quantic Heating engineer will attend your property and complete a comprehensive diagnostic report, including a safety inspection and control check to identify any defective components.†
There are situations where the appliance is beyond economical repair (BER) and the cost amounts to the price of a new appliance or the parts are no longer available.[1]
We also repair:
- Pumps
- Valves
- Heating controls
- Wiring faults
- Cylinders
- Insulation
- Leaks
Please note that repairs will not be carried out until the diagnostics fee has been paid in full.

*Repairs can not be made to electronic or electrically powered components within cooking appliances.
†If an appliance has been isolated or disconnected and a warning/advice notice issued, Quantic Heating will not reconnect the appliance. Please provide our engineers will accurate information at the time of your booking.
[1] Availability of spare components is dependant upon age, manufacturers and supplier discretion and current safety legislation. We will not repair appliances using parts sourced from anyone other than our authorised suppliers.
