Frozen condensate this winter?

As the temperature drops this winter your boiler condensate may suffer from freezing if it is undersized or installed incorrectly. It is NOT safe to remove the condensate from it’s termination or fittings. This is classified as ‘AT RISK’ and your appliance will be turned off.

The condensate forms part of the flue system and may be corrosive and potentially release combustion gases.

Our engineers at Quantic Heating will be standing by to install a new condensate with UV and frost protection starting from £65.00.

^[3] From 21/06/2012 we no longer install, service or repair water heaters. Spare parts are available.
^[4] We do NOT repair combined cooker/hob freestanding appliances or any electrical faults.
